Cancel anytime before dispatch – email info@virehealth.com with your order number for a full refund.

‍Change of mind after delivery – you have 14 days to return an unused Vire Clip in its original packaging; you pay return postage. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.

‍Faulty or wrong item – tell us within 7 days of delivery; we replace or refund and cover all shipping.

Refunds – Refunds are issued in EUR; any difference on your statement after conversion is due to exchange-rate changes or issuer fees and is not the responsibility of Vire Health.
