These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the contract between Vire Health Oy (“Vire”, “we”, “us”) and you (“Customer”, “you”) for the advance purchase (“pre-order”) of the Vire Clip wearable device (“Product”) and the accompanying Vire app membership.

By placing a pre-order you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not place a pre-order.

‍1. Product pre-order‍

• Reserves the quantity of Vire Clips you purchase at checkout from our first production run.
• Estimated shipping window: H2 / 2026 (July – December 2026)*.
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order made and may ship to some regions earlier or later than others.
• Pre-order availability, timing, and eligible countries may be modified or paused at any time.

*Dates are estimates and may change (see § 6).

2. Price & payment

• The pre-order price is the price displayed at checkout; EU VAT is included, and shipping is free worldwide.
• We may adjust the pre-order price for future orders without notice; the price you pay at checkout is locked for your order.
• Payment is captured in full when you place the pre-order.
• All charges are processed in euros (EUR).

‍Taxes & duties at delivery

EU: None (VAT already included)

UK: Buyer pays UK import VAT & customs duties on delivery

Rest of world: Buyer responsible for local import fees, if any

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. Email info@virehealth.com with your order number.
• Canceling releases your queue position; a new order will join the queue based on its new date.
• Refunds are issued in EUR; any difference on your statement after conversion is due to exchange-rate changes or issuer fees and is not the responsibility of Vire Health.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

• All units ship from within the European Union via tracked courier.
• Title and risk transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the courier.

5. Lifetime membership

Your pre-order includes lifetime access to the core Vire app for one account.

6. Product changes & delays

• We may refine hardware, firmware, or materials to improve safety or performance.
• If a material design change or a delay exceeding six (6) months occurs, we will notify you and offer the choice of keeping the order or receiving a full refund.

7. Warranty

• Two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations void the warranty.

8. EU right of withdrawal

EU/EEA customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in resaleable condition.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vire’s total liability arising from or related to the pre-order will not exceed the amount you paid.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of data, profits, or time).

Personal data is processed to fulfill your order and — where you consent — for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law & disputes

Finnish law governs these Terms. Consumers may use the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or the EU ODR platform. Otherwise, disputes are resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
